Vaishali has also worked with UCO Bank - Regional Office Mumbai and Export-Import Bank of India in legal departmentsand has a vast experience in legal and statutory/regulatory compliance, Default management and enforcement action.

Mr. Pankaj Deshmukh is a MBA in Finance and have over 22 years of experience. He has worked with First Leasing Company of India Ltd, Centrum Finance Limited taking care of syndication of term / working capital loan, raising funds through bond / debenture issues, asset financing or money market instruments, business development, credit evaluation, financing. Mr. Deshmukh is currently working with MITCON Consultancy and Engineering Services Ltd. heading a team of 15 people developing market and preparation of DPR, TEV, LIE study reports for different organizations covering various industries, lenders

Ms. Padma Betai, Chartered Accountant with over 35 years' experience in Banking and Finance holds a comprehensive educational background, including Diploma in Treasury Investments and Risk Management, a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Banking (CAIIB), and a Chartered Accountant qualification from ICAI. Ms. Betai's distinguished career includes a significant tenure at IDBI Bank Ltd, where she held various key roles, culminating in her position as MD and CEO of IDBI Trusteeship Ltd. Her extensive experience also includes leadership positions such as Chief General Manager at IDBI Bank, Deputy CEO at IDBI Mutual Fund AMC Ltd, and General Manager in the Treasury Front Office. Ms. Betai's expertise extends to diverse areas such as retail banking, corporate planning, strategy, and treasury management. Her directorships, representing IDBI, further illustrate her influential presence in the corporate landscape. Ms. Padma Betai's wealth of knowledge and leadership acumen make her a distinguished professional in the finance and banking sector.

Qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI and Cost Accountant from ICWAI having more than 12 years of experience in Trustee business. Winner of “40under40” Alternative Investment Professionals in India - 2019 awarded by The IndianAssociation of Alternative Investment Funds (IAAIF) & Association of International Wealth Management of India (AIWMI).

Headed entire business development of Trustee Business across all the trusteeship products including securitization & Midoffice Head for Family Office in Vistra ITCL (India) Limited (Formerly IL&FS Trust Company Limited). Has worked forcomplex escrow structures with various banks and institutions along with Family office services, debentures, securityTrusteeship, and allied activities.

A key managerial person in setting up the entire trusteeship business from scratch and has achieved exemplaryrecognition in the industry.

Ms. Archana Lakhe is a Practicing Company Secretary by profession. She is having more than 18 years of experience in Corporate Laws, FEMA compliance’s, Legal drafting and Secretarial Audit. She is also working with several banks as a consultant for their secretarial matters. She is running a firm in Pune which provides services to more than 100 clients.

Over 35 year’s experience in Banking, Foreign Trade and Housing Finance Sectors with specialization in Management of Treasury, Investment and Corporate Finance Operations, Securitization and Structured Finance, product development (Reverse Mortgage etc.), Training, Research, Capacity Building and Regulation and Supervision of Housing Finance Institutions. Director on the Boards of corporates in NBFC, HFC and Manufacturing sectors.

Jagdish Kondur is appointed as a Chief Operating Officer of the Company tasked with overseeing trusteeship operations ,Business development functions of the company. Mr. Kondur is a graduate from commerce stream and completed a Certification in Business Basics from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India University, Sikkim with over 18 years of work experience in the areas of Fiduciary services such as Debenture Trustee, Product Head for Alternative Investment Funds, Security Trustee, Escrow and other regulated products. He had been also part of business development and operation for various Corporate Trusts with different structures and Capital Market products.

Mr. Kondur has previously worked with Vistra (ITCL) India Ltd, Catalyst Trusteeship and SBICap Trusteeship Limited.

Mr. Jatin Bhat has been in the Trusteeship industry for more than 12 years. He is a qualified Company Secretary, Lawyer and Commerce Graduate from Pune University. He has a vast experience in handling the legal and compliance matters in relation to the legal documentation (debentures, loans, InvIT, Escrow etc., security creation, enforcement of securities, court fillings, SEBI related compliances etc. He has been active in discussion with the regulators including SEBI on various complex matters related to debentures compliances, amongst others. He was last associated with Axis Bank Ltd as AVP and has also worked as Compliance Officer & Legal at IDBI Trusteeship Services Ltd. one of the largest Trustee Company.

Currently he heads the Legal and Compliance division of MITCON Credentia and is responsible for the overall trusteeship activities including debenture trustee, REIT , InvITs related matters.

Ankita– ICSI & ICAI , has more than 12 years of post qualification experience in handling secretarial and complianceportfolio for the entire MITCON Group companies. She also has handled internal and statutory audits of real estate,logistics and NBFC companies. Her work experience includes statutory compliances, secretarial audits, bank due diligence, FEMA compliances etc. Currently Ankita is working as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer and Chief InvestorRelations Officer of M/s MITCON Consultancy & Engineering Services Limited and Company Secretary & Compliance Officerat MITCON CREDENTIA Trusteeship Services Limited.

At MITCON Trusteeship, she is handling SEBI compliances including maintaining and preparing SEBI half yearly reports,filing of necessary information and documents with SEBI in compliance with SEBI (DT) Regulations, statutory complianceswith respect to preparing and filing charge forms for the security created in favour of trustee, liasoning with thecorporates for charge and other statutory filings etc. As Company Secretary at MITCON Trusteeship, Ankita is also handling entire secretarial activity along with her Team.

Yogesh is a Company Secretary and CA Inter by qualification and has experience of more than a decade in Corporate Compliances, Regulatory reporting, handling teams and Secretarial activities. His last association were with LoanTap Credit Products Private Limited, AMW Motors Limited and M/s. Arun & Balakrishna Associates, Chartered Accountants. He also has experience in handling audits of companies, taxation work, raising debt through issue of commercial paper and issue of Debentures (Both Listed & Unlisted Debenture issues) and related compliances. He also brings in the Secretarial and Compliance experience for more than 8 years under Companies Act, SEBI, FEMA etc.

He also has experience in areas of Corporate Communication with various stakeholders like Proposed and existing Investors (VC Firm/ PE Firm, HNIs), shareholders, Government, Regulatory bodies.

At MITCON Credentia he is working as “Assistant Vice President & Compliance Head” in Trusteeship Division.

Navin is a Chartered Accountant by qualification and has experience of 9 years in trusteeship services with specialisationin Securitisation and Alternative Investment Funds. His last stints were with Beacon Trusteeship Limited & Vistra ITCLIndia Limited (previously IL&FS Trust Company Limited).

He has handled Securitization and Securitised Debt Instruments products independently. His major activities involvedlooking after the pre and post-execution and operational aspects and regulatory compliances of the transactions. He hasplayed a major role in the execution of India's first structured securitized debt transaction backed by NegotiableWarehouse Receipts (NWR). He has played a major role in the execution and operations of the industry's firstsecuritization of supply chain finance receivables.

Navin has handled a portfolio of Securitisation with his team members which include both Direct Assignment & PTCtransactions. Navin was also handling the Tax matters pertaining to the Securitisation product of the company and is wellversed with Operations, Tax & Accounting.

Vinay Mehta is a qualified and experienced Company Secretary, Lawyer, and Commerce Graduate by and has a rich experience of almost a decade in Compliances, Governance, FEMA Matters, Regulatory reporting, Corporate Secretarial matter and deep insight and niche in AIF related matters. He has mentored and trained young professionals under his guidance and leadership. His last organization was Apicem Advisors and Consultants Private Limited

He was also associated with Constellation Blu (an incubate of Blume Ventures) for Secretarial Legal Due Diligence, Start-up Advisory and FEMA Matters.

At MITCON Credentia he is working as “Head – Alternative Investment Fund” in Trusteeship Division.

Jayesh is a B.Com. & DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) with more than 12 years of experience in core operations. He has worked with MITCON Group for about 7 years and with MITCON Trusteeship for 5 years.

He has a vast experience in the Securitisation Division of MITCON Group company handling NPA Accounts of Banks/FIsunder SARFAESI Act, carrying out due diligence of secured assets.

Currently he is taking care of entire day to day operations and business development at MITCON Trusteeship and assistingin SEBI compliance, pre and post execution compliance as per the transaction documents, SEBI reporting, etc.
